An 80-year-old woman with no flying experience landed a plane after her husband passed out at the controls.
Helen Collins took over the twin-engine plane over Wisconsin in the United States and told the local airport she needed to make an emergency landing.
She didn't have much time as the plane was also running out of fuel.
Helen was told to circle until a local pilot could give her some expert advice.
He then took off in his own plane to guide her down.
Terry Vogel, County Sheriff
Helen Collins and her husband, John, were both taken to the hospital.
He failed to regain consciousness and died from a medical condition.
