Scarlett Johansson has received the 2,470th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The actress said she was surprised to learn that her name would be placed on the famed Hollywood Boulevard.
She got her big break at the age of 12, starring opposite Robert Redford in The Horse Whisperer.
Since then, she has become a Hollywood A-lister, earning four Golden Globe nominations and winning a Tony for her performance on Broadway in A View from a Bridge.
Scarlett's latest role sees her as Black Widow in comic book adaptation, Avengers Assemble.
Jeremy Renner, who co-stars as Hawkeye, paid a joking 'tribute' to his colleague.
