Today is the second day of Her Majesty's two day tour to Northern Ireland and it is set to be very significant.

We've been talking about reconciliation and this morning the Queen will leave Hillsborough Castle, where she has been staying, to go to an event in Belfast.

There she will meet Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness and she will shake his hand.

This would have been unthinkable not that long ago.

Yesterday in the streets of Enniskillen where screams and sirens echoed a quarter of a century ago in Northern Ireland, there was cheering for the Queen.

After a service of thanksgiving, she crossed the street and, crossed the divide between protestant and roman catholic.
