British boyband One Direction's rise in America continued as the group won three awards at the Teen Choice Awards.
The former X Factor contestants were named Choice Summer Music Star Group, Choice Breakout Group and also earned the Choice Love Song gong for their hit single What Makes You Beautiful.
The boys were unable to pick the awards up in person from guest presenter Gordon Ramsay, but recorded a video message for their adoring fans:
Other multiple winners included the movie The Hunger Games, actress Emma Stone, TV show Pretty Little Liars, the British boy band One Direction, CW show The Vampire Diaries, and singers Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, who picked up her 20th trophy - the most won by a female artist.
"I just feel so honoured that I get to have you guys in my life," a beaming Swift told fans.
She won five awards - choice female artist, female country artist, single by a female artist for Eyes Open, country song for Sparks Fly and choice movie voice for Dr Seuss' The Lorax.
And tonight the boys got another award - a congratulatory tweet from Simon Cowell:
Huge thank you to the Teen Choice fans for @thexfactorusa and me!
