Scale of Superstorm Sandy still to be understood

The number of people without power in the US east-coast is falling slowly but still stands at four and a half million.

Meanwhile, the number of dead is still rising. But even in one of the most sophisticated of countries, there are areas where the accounts of what happened have yet to be told.
