A Korean elephant whose only company is humans has learnt to 'talk' to its handlers.
Koshik uses his trunk to mimic five of his owners commands, "Good", "Hello, "Lie down", "Sit down" and "No".
An international team of scientists confirmed that the 22-year-old elephant is imitating the sounds of his keeper.
"I never imagined that an elephant could say the same words as a human by sticking his trunk in his mouth," Koshik's owner said. "It was very amazing, then it was marvellous."
