An unidentified horse that turned up at Norwich City's Carrow Road stadium is in a stable condition after being reunited with his owner.

But for a short time this afternoon the equine arrival caused confusion at the club.

Norwich tweeted:

The horse had initially been reined in by a fan using a yellow and green Canaries scarf.
