Connecticut**

  • 3 feet of snow in Connecticut
  • All roads closed on Saturday until mid afternoon
  • Five weather-related deaths, according to Governor Dannel P. Malloy

Maine

  • Record snow of 31.9 inches in Portland
  • 12,000 homes and businesses lost power

Massachusetts

  • 2 feet of snow in Boston
  • 11 year old boy died of carbon monoxide poisoning while sitting in a car to keep warm
  • Logan Airport was closed, as was public transport.
  • 400,000 people lost power

New Hampshire

  • Areas saw 26 inches of snow
  • Several hundred power outages

New Jersey

  • Highest snowfall was 15 inches
  • Few thousand people lost power

New York

  • 10,000 homes lost power on Long Island
  • One foot of snow fell in New York City
  • Amtrak trains between New York and Boston suspended
  • Two deaths due to storm
