Cancer survivor's cup final mascot dream comes true

Cancer survivor and Bradford City fanatic Jake Turton has been unveiled as one of the two mascots to lead out his beloved Bantams when they take on Swansea City in the Capital One Cup final at Wembley on Sunday.

Bradford fans started a Facebook campaign for the club to make nine-year-old Jake a mascot after he survived a brain tumour.

He was the mascot in Bradford's cup semi-final first leg against Aston Villa at Valley Parade and was picked out of the crowd by captain Gary Jones and kissed after city defeated Premier League side Villa in the second leg.
