Ant and Dec are to return with another series of Saturday Night Takeaway, following their most successful ratings yet for the entertainment show.
Last week the pair revived their pop careers with a surprise performance of Let's Get Ready to Rhumble.
The show became a huge talking point, with the duo set for a number one in the charts this weekend.
The current series of the show, their first in four years, has been their most popular yet averaging ratings of 7.1 million viewers a week.
ITV bosses have confirmed that Ant and Dec will return with another helping of Takeaway in 2014.
The programme sees the presenters surprising unsuspecting members of the public, as well as celebrities, with a string of guest appearances from stars.
"We've been overwhelmed by the positive reaction to this series, especially after four years off air," Ant McPartlin said.
Dec Donnelly added: "We've absolutely loved every minute of the shows this year and can't wait to get working on another series for next year."
The first series of Takeaway aired in 2002, and ran until 2009.
Ant and Dec first met on BBC children's show Byker Grove, after finishing the show and under their character names of PJ and Duncan, they went on to enjoy a successful pop career in the nineties.
Speaking to Daybreak yesterday the Geordie duo said their performance of Rhumble was "just a joke", but after prompting a flurry of downloads on the music charts, they are on set for a number one 19 years after the single was first released.
Ant and Dec have promised to donate proceeds of the song to Childline.
