The United Nations has warned that the dire humanitarian crisis in Syria is likely to get worse, with aid agencies telling ITV News they are struggling to cope.
The UN has said the numbers of those who will need help with food is likely to double to four million by the end of the year.
Almost half of Syria's 23 million population is either dead, fled, homeless or dependent on aid.
And Syria's Red Crescent has said it needs three times what it is getting to cope with the millions fleeing - and the intensity of the war showing no sign of lessening.
