Threat to take spy agency to court over snooping claims

A civil liberties group is threatening to take spy agency GCHQ to court if new snooping claims are proven to be true.

American whistleblower Edward Snowden says phone calls and emails are being tapped by the British agency through fibre optic cables.

Liberty, the civil liberties group, says if it's true, it will seek legal action.
