A low pressure system lurking in the Atlantic will be sweeping towards us in the next few days.
Its exact track is uncertain but currently it is expected to move through the central part of Britain - with its strongest gusts on its southern flank, bringing a risk of damaging 80mph gusts and big waves bashing the English Channel coasts.
Winds are likely to be at their strongest through the early hours and into Monday morning bringing possible travel disruption through rush hour.
There's also the possibility of debris on the roads as branches snap and the chance of smaller trees being uprooted as the roots in saturated and soft ground will be loosened from recent rainfall.
Details are likely to change in the next couple of days - so it'll be worth keeping an eye on the forecast this weekend.
