A farm in Muchelney, Somerset, has been completely surrounded by floodwater following the recent storms, turning it into an island.
Horsey Farm can only be reached by boat after it was cut off by the swollen River Tone last Friday.
ITV News correspondent Dan Rivers reports from Somerset:
Farmer Roger Forgan said he would only have something "rude" to say to Environment Secretary Owen Paterson if he was watching the report.
"Disaster abroad - they send millions. They've got one on their doorstep they don't want to know," he said.
Mr Forgan's fiancee Linda Maudsley told ITV News:
It's pretty grim, we're coping the best we can. The most important thing to us was getting the animals off [the flooded land].
This is the second time it's gone in the house in 14 months - but the first time it happened was the first time in 88 years.
