US First Lady Michelle Obama seems to have scored a slam dunk with her latest video to promote healthy eating and exercise.

She filmed it with members of the Miami Heat NBA basketball team during an official visit to the White House.

In the video, Michelle can be seen strolling around in the background munching on an apple as the players discuss their pre-match preparations.

Then Miami Heat star LeBron James appears with a basketball hoop, setting up the First Lady to steal the show:

The stunt has already got an overwhelmingly positive response online, with one fan commenting that Michelle is the "best First Lady in a long time".

Others have branded her 'Air FLOTUS' - a reference to the basketball legend 'Air Jordan' and the abbreviation for 'First Lady Of The United States'.

Michelle, who turned 50 last week, has said she is determined to "change the way a generation of kids thinks about food and nutrition" with her Let's Move campaign.

It is not the first time the First Lady has used unconventional methods to get her message across, having appeared alongside Sesame Street characters as well as in a hip hop music video.
