Video footage of an obstructive and disrespectful Justin Bieber has emerged of the singer being interviewed by a lawyer over an impending lawsuit.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the 20-year-old is seen laughing at the lawyer's questions, swinging on his chair and winking at the camera during the four and a half hour deposition.
TMZ says it obtained a copy of the entire four-and-a-half hour deposition made by Bieber, adding on its website: "We've boiled it down to what we think are the best four clips."
A photographer is suing the pop-star after claiming he was assaulted by Bieber's bodyguard during an incident in Miami.
At one point during the interview - which took place on March 6 - Bieber tells the photographer's lawyer "I don't have to listen to anything you have to say."
Later he is asked by the lawyer if he has ever travelled to Australia.
Lawyer: Do you remember being in Australia ever?
Bieber: I don't know if I have been to Australia. Have I been to Australia?
The pop-star is seen getting angry as the line of questioning turns to his former girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Bieber repeatedly tells the lawyer "Don't ask me about her again." Before a break in proceedings is called by the singer's representative.
Bieber is also asked in the interview about Usher's involvement in the launch of his career, but appears to get the words "instrumental" and "detrimental" confused.
Lawyer: Do you know an individual who goes by the name of Usher?
Bieber: Yes, that sounds familiar...
Lawyer: Isn't it true that Usher was instrumental in starting your career?
Bieber: I was found on YouTube. I think I was detrimental to my own career.
The interview comes days after Miami police controversially released a video of the Canadian singing providing a urine sample after he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in January.
