An Australian newspaper used a picture of Neighbours soap character Harold Bishop in a story about Louis van Gaal, the Dutch football manager widely reported to be the next Manchester United boss.

British newspapers have reported that van Gaal, 62, will be announced as David Moyes' permanent replacement next week.

The Melbourne Express is the first title to link Harold Bishop to the job.
