The toddler actor who starred as Leo Dingle in ITV soap Emmerdale has died.
Harry Whittaker, who had Down's Syndrome, passed away last week aged three.
Actor Mark Charnock, who plays his on-screen father Marlon Dingle, tweeted a tribute to "dearest, loveliest Harry".
Our superhero. We were lucky to know you and hear your laugh. You lit up our lives, dearest, loveliest Harry. http://t.co/HQXqaGMDhq
The soap paid tribute to Harry at the end of Thursday's episode with a photo saying: "To Harry, with love."
Charnock later said the cast would pass on the "overwhelming" messages of support to the young actor's family.
Thank you all. We’ll all pass on your overwhelming response to Harry’s amazing family. Thank you for all your kind words. It means a lot. Xx
He was one of two actors to play Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk's son Leo since 2011.
It has not been confirmed what caused his death.
"Very sadly we can confirm Harry Whittaker's passing last Tuesday 1st July," an Emmerdale spokesperson said.
"We will all miss him greatly and have offered our sincerest condolences to his family at this very sad time."
