A supervisor in a police control room has been promoted despite her failings dealing with a call from a teenager who was being attacked and murdered. It was last April that the four members of the Ding family in Northampton were killed. The way the 999 call was handled has already led to an investigation - now it's emerged that one of the key people in charge at the time has been promoted. Neil Bradford has more.
Officers investigating the murder of the Ding family in Northampton have revealed they believe the prime suspect Anxiang Du is in Morocco.
A further arrest has been made in connection with the investigation into the deaths of four members of the Ding family.
