The world's best female billiards and snooker players will be in Cambridge today for the World Championships.
Seven competitors from the East are facing opponents from as far away as Hong Kong and India.
The competition runs from today until Tuesday at the Cambridge Snooker Centre. The round-robin stage of the main competition kicks off at 10am on Saturday with the final scheduled for 2.30pm on Tuesday. Seniors play to a finish on Sunday and the Plate competition will be decided on Monday.
