A Norfolk man with a rare form of cancer is calling for better acceptance of those with facial disfigurements.

George Overson from West Lynn has suffered years of abuse because of the damage done by the disease.

Diagnosed thirty years ago with Ferguson Smith's Syndrome, which is a cancer that eats away at skin tissue.

George was featured in a documentary with Katie Piper, the model who had sulphuric acid thrown in her face on the orders of her ex-boyfriend. She's now become a close friend. Today he held a charity walk to raise funds towards the Katie Piper Foundation.
