Forest U-turn spells good news for Thetford

Just 18 months after the Government floated the idea of selling off forests - today the Environment Secretary changed her mind and promised they'd remain in public hands.

The U-turn follows the release of an independent panel report and means 60,000 acres of forests across our region won't be privatised.
