Two film-makers from the region have won awards for using their skills to raise awareness of the importance of organ donation.
Antonio Ferrara, of Stamford, Lincs, and Lou Armit from Wellingborough, won a top prize in the Organ Donation Through A Lens competition organised by NHS Organ Donor Register.
Radio and TV presenter Edith Bowman joined a panel of judges to determine the winners. She said: "The level of film making by the applicants is amazing and the films are an inspiration. They show real heart and creativity while communicating a very powerful message of the importance of signing up to the NHS Organ Donor Register and passing on your wishes to your friends and family."
The pair were joint winners of the Best use of case study award for their film James and Carol's story. The film told the true story of Carol and James Donaldson. James, died in a motorbike accident when he was 24 and his organs were donated.
