Police in Hertfordshire have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak with in connection with an incident on the 301 bus between St Albans and Welwyn Garden City.
The victim, an 18 year old, boarded the bus in St Peters Street in St Albans at around 4.30pm. The offender has boarded the bus at a subsequent stop and during the journey moved closer to the victim before exposing himself. The incident is believed to have occurred between 5pm and 5.15pm near to Hatfield Train Station. The offender left the bus at Welwyn Garden City Bus Station.
Detective Constable Neil Barella is investigating and said: “I would like to speak with anyone who can assist in identifying the man pictured. I would also like to speak with anyone who was on the bus between these times and has any information which would assist my investigation.”
