The family of a woman from Harlow in Essex, who was stabbed over the summer, say they're distraught after her ashes were stolen during a burglary.

37 year-old Claire Parrish died in July and her ashes were being kept at her sister Ebony's home, in a pot with this floral pattern.

Absolutely devastated that somebody could take something so precious to us that's got no value to them whatsoever. Please return them, give Claire back to us, she's been taken once. Just let our family grieve and get on.

– Ebony Parrish, Claire's sister

The trial of a man charged with Claire's murder will begin in February.
