Two children from Essex design cartoons for TV

They are not even teenagers yet, but Alfie de Brito and Tayla Bunting from Essex have already designed cartoons for TV.

Their cartoons will be shown all this week on CITV after they won ITV's Share a Story competition.

Tayla records the voice over for her cartoon at the CITV studios

Tayla won in the 9 - 10 year old category for her story about a Baboon and his red bum, while Alfie won in the 11 - 12 year old category for his cartoon about a calculator which loses the number zero.

Both children recorded the voice overs for their stories, and the cartoons were based on story boards they drew for the competition.
