Postcode lottery fears over selecting best schools
The education watchdog Ofsted is warning that pupils' chances of going to a good school are too dependent on where they live.
They say that in some areas pupils have less than a fifty percent chance of finding a high-performing school, and that many of the failing schools are in affluent not deprived counties.
