MPs fight to save hospital services

Three local MPs have launched a cross-party campaign, to fight to keep services at Kettering General Hospital in Northamptonshire.

Five hospitals in the East Midlands are currently undergoing a healthcare review.

Labour's Andy Sawford (Corby) and Conservative's Phillip Hollobone (Kettering) and Peter Bone (Wellingborough) fear that Kettering is one of those at risk of being downgraded, and could face cuts to A and E, maternity, children's and acute services.
