Breast cancer patients hit by cable thefts

Breast cancer patients in Essex are being forced to wait for scans after the power cable for a mobile scanner was stolen.

It's the second time the mammogram unit has been targetted by metal thiefs -- leaving the hospital with a bill for two thousand pounds.

This time though, the criminals were caught on CCTV.
