Fundraising drive for Zane

The family of a young boy from Cambridgeshire who suffers with a rare genetic mutation are trying to raise five thousand pounds to pay for him to fly to America for treatment.

Zane Smith, who's four, could die at any time from a stroke or seizure, caused by lesions on his brain.
