A mum from Thetford says an ambulance trust needs to take on more staff after a crew taking her dying daughter to hospital went the wrong way.
Amy Carter called 999 when her three-month-old baby Bella had a fit and stopped breathing. The crew took 26 minutes to arrive, instead of the target of 8 minutes, and then went the wrong way to West Suffolk Hospital.
The driver was on her first shift. Bella died later in hospital. The East Anglian Ambulance Trust is investigating.
