A woman from Norfolk says she could have been spared the ordeal of cancer treatment if she had been referred for genetic testing when her mother was diagnosed with the disease.
Yvonne Flegg from Diss says that like Angelina Jolie - who today revealed she's had a double mastectomy - she had a high genetic risk of developing cancer, but she was refused testing that could have meant earlier intervention.
Yvonne has since developed an aggressive form of cancer, and is now calling for a change in clinical guidelines
Earlier Yvonne came into the ITV Anglia News studios to tell us more her story and how she would like guidelines changed
