Three sisters who were rescued by a lifeboat after getting stranded on a sandbank in North Norfolk have been speaking about their ordeal.

The girls clung to a buoy in the sea at Brancaster on Wednesday. The tide had come in blocking their way back to the shore.

Now the RNLI has released its video of the rescue.
