Northampton's Luther Burrell will get his England debut in the Six Nations opener against France this weekend.

He will be joined by fellow Saints players Dylan Hartley, Courtney Lawes, and Tom Wood.

Norfolk-born Tom Youngs, who plays for Leicester Tigers, and Northampton's Lee Dickson have been named as replacements.

But Youngs' younger brother Ben has missed out on a place in this Saturday's team.

England head coach Stuart Lancaster congratulated Luther and added: "We can't wait for Saturday. We've had a good two weeks and all the players have pushed hard for selection."

France start the match as favourites but England are at shorter odds to win the Six Nations. Lancaster's team have won both previous encounters with Les Bleus.
