Numerous warnings are now in force for the Anglia region as more bad weather is set to return this week.
Although tonight starts off dry and clear, a system will move in from the west during the early hours bringing heavy bursts of rain and strong winds. Although this will clear fairly quickly, leaving a brighter afternoon.
However another vigorous area of low pressure is expected to move northeastwards across the UK later on Wednesday. This is likely to be accompanied by a swathe of gales across many parts of England and Wales which may be severe in places.
Winds could gust up to 60 mph and with more heavy rain in the forecast, the Met Office have issued a weather warning for the whole region advising the bad weather may cause localised flooding and some disruptions to transport throughout this week.
Overall this week is looking very unsettled and by Friday some places may see up to 30 mm of rain.
