It's the new posh pad on the prom.

The only clue to it's former use - the name.

The toilet block went under the hammer May 2011, going for nearly twice the guide price at £104,000.

Nick Willan from Cawston in Norfolk had bought it for his wife Sue as a wedding anniversary present.

Nearly three years on and Sue's got her dream home.

"It's nice standing up in the bedroom and looking out into the sea.

I like the balconies. I look forward to sitting out there in the summer, having a cup of tea and doing some people watching."

– SUE WILLAN, Owner, The Wee Retreat

They've spent £85,000 on the conversion.

Everything's very high spec - there's nothing bog standard about this building.

Nick and Sue are going to use the house themselves and let it out to holidaymakers.

And if you fancy a nose around yourself, then you can!

They're holding a charity open day on Saturday April 5 in aid of 'Help The Heroes.'
