A remarkable set of pictures have been uncovered showing the love between a young couple blossoming as they travelled through our region just a month before the start of the Second World War.
The pictures feature newlyweds Denys and Margaret Gardiner as they took a road trip across England for their honeymoon.
Colour photos were particularly rare at the time and were taken a cousin who was a photography enthusiast.
They've laid undiscovered in Margaret Gardiner's loft until her death when they were discovered by the couple's grandson, Barney Britton who put them online.
While the family know where many of the pictures were taken, some of the locations remain a mystery. If you know where any of the mystery locations below are please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
