Football fans across the ITV Anglia region have already had a taste of what to come with the release of the Capital One Cup 1st round draw. Next up is the full fixture list for the 2014-15 Football League.

For followers of Cambridge United, Luton Town and Norwich City the fixtures will have extra significance as they resume life in the Football League after respective absences.

Norwich are back in the Championship after their three year stay in the Premier League ended with relegation in May. They're re-acquainted with fierce rivals Ipswich Town which means the return of the East Anglian derby

Luton return to League Two as Conference champions, having lost their league status in 2009. Cambridge, promoted via the Conference play-offs, were last in the League in 2005.

They join three other sides from the patch in League Two. Northampton Town, who survived the drop on the last day of the season; Southend United who missed out on promotion via the play-offs; Stevenage, who suffered their first relegation as a club for 26 years when they went down from League One.
