Mediterranean eat your heart out: The East basks in glorious sunshine

It's been a boiling day in East Anglia, and it's expected to get even hotter tomorrow with temperatures as high as 33°C a possibility in some parts.

But we're being warned to make the most of it, with thunderstorms predicted at the weekend.

For the meantime though, many of you have been out enjoying the sunshine in our beautiful countryside, and here are some of the best images.
