Norfolk dog breeder, Lisa Walsh, has been jailed for six months for fraudulently selling puppies.
Walsh, 47, of Easton near Norwich was found guilty of fraud in May following complaints from dozens of dog owners that the pedigree, Kennel Club registered, puppies they bought were actually not what as described.
Walsh is thought to have made at least £171,000 from selling dogs with false papers at up to £500 each. Norfolk Trading Standards spent five years bringing the case to court.
Walsh was described in court as a 'skilled and sophisticated fraudster'.
