The East Anglian derby returns this weekend, and to celebrate many players past and present have been taking the ice bucket challenge - and raising money for charity in the process.
The challenge, as the name suggests, involves dumping a bucket of ice over your head before nominating someone else to have a go.
Here in the UK, those taking part have been donating to the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Former Norwich legend Darren Huckerby is among those to have braved the cold.
One player who will be in the heat of the battle on Saturday lunchtime is Ipswich's Tommy Smith, but he certainly played it cool here.
Smith's teammate Stephen Hunt also took the plunge.
If Town are to claim all three points at Portman Road, they will have to keep Canaries star Nathan Redmond quiet.
Ex Ipswich midfielder Simon Milton wasn't left out. Like a true Ipswich man, he wanted to see a Canary rival suffer. So, naturally, he nominated City hero Darren Eadie.
In his own words, Eadie is "never one to shirk a challenge - especially from a Tractor boy."
Here's his attempt.
