From tiny artisan companies to multi-million pound operations, Norfolk's food industry is varied and delicious in equal measure.
So, when the county's producers come together to celebrate it, it's guaranteed to be a pretty impressive party.
Ten years ago, the Norfolk Food and Drink Festival began as a solitary two-day event, but a decade on this weekend marked the start of a six-week extravaganza.
The events kicked off with the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival at Holkham which, alone, attracts around 10,000 people each year.
Over the next few weeks, the county will host hundreds of events aimed at showcasing the producers, chefs, restaurants, pubs and ingredients found there.
Organisers hope it will bring in thousands of tourists to the area as well as giving people living there a reason to feel proud.
