More than 50 paintings including works by David Hockney, Francis Bacon and L.S Lowry are about to go on display at The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in Norwich.
It's part of a new exhibition called "Reality" which showcases modern and contemporary British art from the last 50 years.
The ‘Reality’ exhibition aims to display some of the finest modern British art and show that painting is still relevant in the 21st century and can say something to a younger generation of people.
Paul Greenhalgh, Director of The Sainsbury Centre, discusses some of the paintings featuring in the exhibition.
The centre is launching new exhibitions in the next year, and aims to bring great works of art to public attention, so that they can be shared and enjoyed.
Opening this weekend, the exhibition runs until March next year.
