Famous angler from Northamptonshire catches an MBE for services to fishing

One of the country's best known game anglers has been made an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours.

Bob Church, from Moulton, started out as a coarse fisherman but became a highly respected fly-fisherman, responsible for many innovations in both flies and tackle.

The readers of Trout Fisherman magazine voted him Game Angler of the Millennium.
