A mum's continuing heartache over her missing son

As the search for Corrie McKeague continues, another mother, whose son disappeared 11 years ago in Suffolk says she is still looking for answers.

Luke Durbin was 19 when he was last seen in Ipswich in 2006 after a night out with friends.

His mother Nicki believes his case - which was treated as a missing person inquiry - wasn't taken seriously enough in the early days of the investigation.

I feel angry that Luke was let down, those initial days, weeks, months are crucial in any missing person investigation.

Following a review in 2010 Suffolk police relaunched their case convinced he'd been killed.

Somebody in and around the local area knows that vital piece of information that may well help us bring this case to a conclusion both for the investigation team but more importantly for Nicki Durbin the mother of Luke and her family to understand what has happened to Luke.
