A 50-year-old man from Wisbech has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving following a crash on the A140 in Suffolk.
43-year-old Colin Fisk from Kesgrave was killed when his car was involved in a collision with two lorries near Mendlesham on Tuesday morning.
His seven-year-old daughter was also airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital after suffering two broken collar bones. Both lorry drivers sustained minor injuries.
Dalius Matulaitis has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
