Anglian Water wants to hear from its customers about how to meet the demands of a growing population.
At the moment East Anglia is the driest region in the UK.
A spokesman for Anglian Water said: "Ensuring we have enough water to meet the needs of a growing population in the driest region in the UK and in the face of climate change, will be one of the defining issues of this generation.
"Quite simply, if we don't put plans in place now and are faced with drought conditions in the future there simply won't be enough water to go around."
The company is holding its biggest ever public consultation which will inform their five-year plan from 2020-2025.
