A pet owner from Suffolk says her family has been devastated after one of her dogs was run over and killed by a motorbike.

Margaret Burroughs' border collie Jasper died near their home in Lakenheath when they were walking in fields surrounding the village.

Jasper died instantly.

Jasper came out of the hedge just at the wrong time and his little body took the full impact of the bike, the bike somersaulted over his body, the lad came off, he was screaming he's broken his arm, but within seconds they were back on the bike and they were gone.

Two teenagers, who were on the bike at the time, have yet to be traced.

Margaret is now appealing for information to help find the pair, saying she doesn't want to stop young people having fun, but they need to be aware of dangers to themselves and others.

This track is used by dog walkers all the time, young children on bikes, adults like us, and I can't let this happen again, I've got to stop it so I would appeal for any information that will help us catch the two who have done this and ruined our family.
