So hands up who's guilty of looking at their phone while at the dinner table?

At Grand Central restaurant and bar in Chelmsford they're so fed up with people using mobiles they've introduced a new idea to get people talking again.

It's called Phone Free Friday's. Diners are given an envelope to put their phone into when they arrive and if they last they entire meal without it they get money off the bill!

Our director was dining in the restaurant with his family and he was looking around and thought everyone was being unsociable and on their phones so he came up with this fantastic idea of having a no phone zone to get people communicating, being more social and spending time with their family really.
