A teenager who died in a two-car crash near Bury St Edmunds on Boxing Day has been named.
A Ford Fiesta and a Vauxhall Corsa were involved in the collision on the A14 eastbound at Rougham at around 9.30pm.
William Smedley, 18, was a passenger in the Fiesta and died at the scene.
A second man was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries where he remains in a serious and critical condition.
Another man was also taken to hospital, but his injuries aren't thought to be life-threatening. A 19-year-old woman who was driving the other car wasn't hurt.
The road was closed until 5.30am on Wednesday morning, but has now reopened.
